A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is an evaluation of comparable recently sold homes in the neighborhood where you're searching or currently own your home. Comparables are recently sold homes that are similar in size and style to the home you want buy or sell. Buyers, sellers and real estate agents use a CMA to establish a fair price range for a home.

A comparative market analysis, or CMA, is an evaluation of a home's value based on available local market data including:

  • How much homes similar to yours have sold for recently.
